This AOP shall be effective on the date the last signature is
 placed on this page and will remain in effect until the
 date the last signature is placed on this page the
 following year. Updates or amendments may be added
 in the interim upon agreement of all signatories. 

 Usually the effective dates are May 1st through May 1st the  following year.
